By accessing and using the UPECS Mentor Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Platform Use

The UPECS Mentor Platform allows mentors to create, publish, and sell online courses. By becoming a mentor, you agree to provide accurate, high-quality educational content and to treat all learners with professionalism and respect.

3. Revenue Sharing and Commission

UPECS retains a 10% commission on all course subscriptions and sales generated through the platform. This commission covers platform hosting, payment processing, and marketing support provided to mentors.

  • Mentors receive 90% of all course revenue
  • Commissions are calculated on gross sales before any deductions
  • Payouts are processed according to the platform's payment schedule

4. Mentor Responsibilities

  • Provide original and authentic educational content
  • Maintain accurate course descriptions and pricing
  • Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights

5. Content Ownership

Mentors retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content to the platform, you grant UPECS a license to host, display, and distribute the content to learners who have purchased access.

6. Prohibited Content

Mentors may not publish content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of third parties. UPECS reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Account Termination

UPECS may suspend or terminate mentor accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, mentors will retain earnings accrued up to the termination date, subject to platform policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

UPECS provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the platform's availability, reliability, or the success of any mentor's courses.

9. Changes to Terms

We want to make sure you’re always in the loop. If we change our terms, we’ll let you know ahead of time and again once the changes are live. You'll be asked to confirm you’ve read and agreed to the new version before you keep using UPECS, so you always know exactly what you’re signing up for.
